Self-Exclusion and Account deletion

We are extremely sorry that you are reading this page now 😢. However, you can ask to be self-excluded if you have decided to voluntarily ban yourself from gambling.

To temporarily exclude your account:

1. Log in to the website or mobile app and go to your profile.

2. In your profile go to the “Self-Exclusion” section.

3. Select a self-exclusion period of 1 to 21 days and click on the “Set Exclusion Period” button.

To restore account access early:

1. From the email address linked to your account, write us a message to [email protected] that you want to restore access to your account.

2. The text of the letter must contain:

  • The email address to which the account is registered

  • Account ID

3. We will respond to your request within 72 hours 📩
