Lighting is an important factor for a good photo. It should not be too dark or, on the contrary, the glare of the sun shouldn't prevent the camera from doing its job.
Your document should not cover your face. Please note that your face must be clearly visible.
Please look straight at the camera. Don't look away. Be in an even position.
Don't use accessories (for example, sunglasses or a hat).
Keep your document straight and do not cover the data in it.
Do not use mirror photos and do not turn the document upside down.
Use a good-quality photo without filters or other distortions.
Please note that documents are usually checked within 5 minutes. But there are cases when more time is required for verification. We are very sorry if you face a longer document verification than usual, but unfortunately, this is a necessary measure.
