It’s always unpleasant when you make a withdrawal in cryptocurrency and it hasn’t reached your wallet yet 😢

But don't worry, there are a few common reasons why this might happen. We're here to help you figure it out! 😼

Remember that you can check the status of your transaction through Profile > Transactions.

1. Deferred conclusions:

One of the most common reasons for crypto withdrawal delays is the network itself. The blockchain network can sometimes experience congestion, which can lead to delays in processing transactions. These delays can vary from a few minutes to several hours depending on the level of network congestion and what blockchain/cryptocurrency you are using.

2. AML - Checking your wallet:

Another reason for the delay may be an additional check of your wallet to confirm the transaction.

3. Wrong wallet address/network:

You could also accidentally send cryptocurrency to the wrong wallet address or miss the correct tag/identifier. In this case, the transaction may have been sent to the wrong address or could not be processed by the recipient's wallet. Please double-check the address and network before sending any cryptocurrency.

You can contact blockchain support if the problem is related to technical aspects. They will be able to track the transaction and find and resolve the problem.

Don't forget to stay up to date with updates and changes in the blockchain world. And remember that security and verification of all data is important when working with cryptocurrencies.

The main thing is to act carefully 🧡
